Create Work Request Forms

You’re now able to create work request forms for Workflow projects and permission them for use by teams or people. Work requests are a way for you to request certain standard information for projects, as well as define who can use forms, and who can approve requests submitted via forms. Users with permission can complete and submit work requests directly from the Workflow app.

Work request forms streamline your request process by having users submit information that you've already determined is essential for projects.

Review, approve, and deny work requests within the Workflow app. Once approved, easily convert a request into a scheduled or active project.

Permissions

We've added these work request form permissions:

  • Use Project Request Forms: Allows users to submit work request forms to approvers.
  • Manage Project Request Forms: Allows users to create, edit, and permission work request forms, as well as approve and deny submitted work requests.


To allow your users to submit work requests, you must enable the Use Project Request Forms permission for their role.


Portals Resolved Issue

  • The issue with adding a line before asset section titles resulting in the title disappearing has been resolved.

  • In downloads activity Insights exports, you'll now see certain user profile fields that include more details about your users.

  • After uploading a SAML certificate, the certificate now takes effect immediately.

  • The issue with accessing uptime reports has been resolved.

  • The issue with filenames being truncated in email notifications after you’ve added a new asset version has been resolved.

  • The issue with required country registration fields when creating an account has been resolved.

  • The issue with the Chat Support button not displaying when the Help Desk Support feature is enabled has been resolved.

  • The issue with the Downloads page and activity feed not showing downloads for certain users has been resolved.

  • The issue with global admins not being able to remove assets from global collections has been resolved.

  • The issue with existing image assets not appearing when resolving conflicted assets has been resolved.

  • The issue with the period in wildcard searches not returning results has been resolved.


REST API Updates

  • An error message now displays when you upload assets that are 0 KB in size.

  • The issue with deleted user accounts making API calls has been resolved.
