Yes. To access and create portals, you need the Access Portals permission for the Assets app in the Widen Collective.


To see all portals that have been created on your site - including portals users have created - and view, edit, share, duplicate, and delete those portals, you need the Administrate all Portals permission.


Collective admins can set up permissions in the Collective.


The Portals feature must also be enabled by your customer success manager.
