Delivery methods control the delivery options available during the ordering process. Delivery methods are initially set up by Widen, but you can edit them if necessary. Internet delivery is the default.

The order delivery methods display in can be modified by changing the number in the Reorder field or by clicking the up arrow on the Asset Deliveries page in the Admin app.

Creating a Delivery Method
To create a delivery method:
  1. Go to the Admin app.
  2. Click Asset Deliveries in the left navigation.
  3. Click the Create Delivery Method link.
  4. Complete the delivery name and, if applicable, the description.
  5. Click Create.
  6. On the Edit Delivery Method Permissions, select the appropriate permission for each role listed in the table on the Edit Delivery Methods Permissions page.
  7. Click Return to Delivery Methods.

Editing a Delivery Method
To edit a delivery method:
  1. Go to the Admin app.
  2. Click Asset Deliveries in the left navigation.
  3. Click Edit to edit the delivery name and, if applicable, the description.
  4. Click Update to update the delivery method or Update and Edit Permissions to select the appropriate permission levels.

Editing Permissions for Delivery Methods
To edit permissions for roles that may access a delivery option:
  1. Go to the Admin app.
  2. Click Asset Deliveries in the left navigation.
  3. Click Edit Permissions for a delivery method and edit the delivery method's permission levels.
  4. Click Return to Delivery Methods.
