Delivery methods control the delivery options available during the ordering process. Delivery methods are initially set up by your onboarding coach or customer success manager, but you can edit them when needed. Internet delivery is the default.

A list of ways assets can be delivered displays on the Delivery Methods page under Order Settings in the Admin app. You can change the order delivery methods display in by changing the number in the Reorder field or by clicking the up arrow on the page.


Create delivery methods

To create a delivery method:
  1. Go to the Admin app.
  2. Click Asset deliveries under Order Settings in the left navigation.
  3. Click the Create delivery method.
  4. Complete the delivery name and, if applicable, the description.
  5. Click Create.
  6. On the Edit Delivery Method Permissions, select the appropriate permission for each role listed in the table on the Edit Delivery Methods Permissions page.
  7. Click Return to Delivery Methods.

Edit delivery methods

To edit a delivery method:
  1. Go to the Admin app.
  2. Click Asset deliveries under Order Settings in the left navigation.
  3. Click Edit to edit the delivery name and, if applicable, the description.
  4. Click Update to update the delivery method or Update and Edit Permissions to select the appropriate permission levels.

To edit permissions for roles that may access a delivery option:
  1. Go to the Admin app.
  2. Click Asset deliveries under Order Settings in the left navigation.
  3. Click Edit Permissions for a delivery method.
  4. Check the delivery method's permissions (e.g., view format or require approval).
  5. Click Return to Delivery Methods.

Delete delivery methods

If assets should no longer be sent via a particular delivery method, you can delete the method by simply clicking Delete on the Delivery Methods page in the Admin app.
