Site subscription information, including additional services and integrations, is available on the Subscription page in the Admin app. You can see subscription and services charges, included storage, user, and bandwidth amounts, and any site overage charges.

Subscription data can be compared to current site data using Insights.

Invoices can also be downloaded from the Subscription page. The most recent invoice is listed first in the Invoices & Details section. Click the invoice name to download the invoice as a PDF file or click Download XLS to download the invoice as an XLS. Invoices are available from March 2014 forward.

Adjustments made to sites after invoices are generated may not be reflected on the available invoices.

If subscription information is not available for your site, a message stating, “Your subscription information is not currently available. Please contact support@widen.com to request it.” displays.
