If your assets don't upload to the Widen Collective, try this:
- Check to make sure you're using a supported browser.
- Open the site in private browsing mode. This mode clears the cache and disables all plugins that may be installed.
- If the upload works in private browsing mode, manually clear the browser's cache and disable any browser plugins or add-ons to continue to upload.
- If private browsing mode doesn't work, the firewall or proxy servers may be blocking the files from being uploaded. Contact your IT administrator or internal help desk to request they check that your settings allow access to uploading.
While troubleshooting, you can upload using FTP.
